Proyectos de alta decoración en Microcemento y Cemento Pulido

Author: Los pavimentos continuos de microcemento se establecen como elementos indispensables en los grandes proyectos de decoración españoles.
La famosa revista de decoración Casas de Campo se hace eco, en sus últimas ediciones, de las más importantes restauraciones de edificios singulares en las que se han incluido aplicaciones de cemento pulido, cemento alisado, hormigón y microcemento.
Este es el caso de Cal Baró d´Abella ( Cardona)
Una de las casas elegidas por los editores de la revista, que destacan la elegancia de su decoración y, muy especialmente, sus pavimentos continuos de microcemento. En esta ocasión, escogieron los mismos colores de la piedra para dotar de mayor continuidad a todos los materiales.
La arquitecta Berta Sarri fue la encargada de diseñar la fachada y la cubierta, añadiendo la madera a la composición original de piedra. De esta manera, se ha hecho la conversión de un antiguo pajar en una nueva casa de turismo rural.
Otro ejemplo que encontramos es Puig Arnau (Odèn), destacado por la revista Casas de Campo
En este caso, la artista Garrigasait y su equipo asumían la restauración de esta increíble casa rural en Lleida, en una inmensa finca de 250 hectáreas. La diseñadora realizó un ejemplar trabajo de recuperación del suelo original utilizando pavimentos continuos de microcemento.
La masía de Puig Arnau, que fue construida en el siglo XII (y remodelada en el siglo XVII), se encontraba en un estado de deterioro muy importante, y el trabajo no era sencillo. Lo más cómodo, en estos casos, consiste en partir de cero y desarrollar un cambio radical de aspecto y estructura, pero en este caso había un gran interés por mantener su esencia. El secreto consistía en recuperar los elementos originales que nos permitieran imaginar su pasado, y un detalle fundamental es, sin duda, su suelo de piedra.
Por encima de las grandes losas que pavimentan toda la planta baja de Puig Arnau han pasado decenas de generaciones de la familia rural que ocupaba la masía. Tratamos con cera las losas y sellamos con silicona transparente las juntas. Hoy, podemos asegurar que el suelo restaurado podrá pisarse durante varios cientos de años más sin que se dañen.
De forma paralela, hubo que preparar e instalar la moqueta realizada con fibra de coco, que recubre los suelos de buena parte de la casa. La intención, como en tantas otras obras, fue la de facilitar la convivencia de lo nuevo y lo original, y por eso también fueron restaurados muchos de los muebles que se encontraban en el interior antes de comenzar nuestro trabajo.
Además de todo eso, cabe destacar el estudio cromático de los restos de pinturas, molduras y plafones en las paredes para poder realizar la pintura de los interiores. Se procuró dotar de mucha personalidad a esta casa, usando unas pinturas a base de cal y pigmentos naturales.
La revista Arquitectura y Diseño se hace eco de otra gran obra en microcemento.
La espectacular foto define a la perfección la magnitud de la obra realizada en pavimentos continuos de microcemento. En este caso se eligió este material debido a su resistencia, impermeabilidad y gran aportación estética. El juego de pigmentos usados en las distintas estancias permitió crear espacios con gran personalidad.
Los muebles diseñados responden a las necesidades específicas de la familia, que tiene esta casa del Ripollès como su segunda residencia. De hecho, siguen la filosofía del propio arquitecto, Xavier Olivella, cuyo proyecto planteaba una línea minimalista, horizontal e integrada con el paisaje. De ahí la elevada presencia de cristal y la cubierta de piedra con tonalidades acorde con el entorno.
La Torre Blanca: presencia constante
Diferentes ediciones de las revistas Casas de Campo y Casa&Campo, además del libro “Las mejores casas rurales de Cataluña” (Viena Ediciones, 2004) han destacado las maravillas de esta casa de turismo rural.
En ese caso, la pintura rompió moldes tanto en color como en técnica. Como podréis comprobar en las fotografías, destacan los colores vivos (basta con echar un vistazo, por ejemplo en el intenso azul de la cocina). Era interesante pensar en colores que rompieran lo tradicional, precisamente para crear la combinación óptima entre el corazón antiguo de esta masía típica catalana y el espíritu vanguardista de la iniciativa. Punto y aparte fue la aplicación de pan de oro en el hueco de algunas cabeceras, una técnica prácticamente inédita hasta entonces.
