Suelos Rústicos combinados con microcemento, cemento pulido y cemento alisado

Author: Se llevan las mezclas: Distintas combinaciones de microcemento, cemento pulido, cemento alisado, piedra, pizarra, azulejo, madera, mármol… son las últimas tendencias en decoración.
El rústico rompe moldes y apuesta por las combinaciones de materiales. Aunque no hay que abusar de las mezclas, si se presenta una idea de este tipo, empieza por conocer las características de los materiales a emplear.
1- La importancia de una buena elección
El pavimento es una herramienta fundamental en la búsqueda de una idea estética. Tiene un gran impacto visual sobre su conjunto, debe conectar con el resto de la envolvente y además hay que pensarlo en relación a los muebles, los detalles decorativos, la incidencia de la luz natural y la superficie a cubrir.
Otras cuestiones que decantan la elección, son la resistencia al uso, a las manchas, a la humedad, a las heladas y por supuesto, el mantenimiento, en estos aspectos tanto el cemento pulido, cemento alisado y microcemento cumplirían con los requisitos técnicos de cualquier tipo de estancia. Así, no todos los materiales son aptos para todas las aplicaciones que pueden darse en una casa, por eso, a la hora de elegirlos y de buscar combinaciones, hay que tener muy claras las propiedades de cada tipo. En cuanto a la durabilidad, hay que hacer una reflexión sobre el carácter relativamente cíclico que tienen algunos revestimientos, especialmente en el baño y la cocina, cuya renovación se adelanta casi siempre a la del resto de la casa. En cuanto al precio en Microcemento o cualquier otro sistema hay que comprar precios del sistema en su totalidad (desescombro, preparación de la base, mano de obra y materiales)
2- Pavimentos que casan bien
Las condiciones ambientales casi siempre son muy útiles para empezar a definir el material que más nos interesa, ya que influyen directamente en la sensación de confort.
- Los materiales de apariencia tradicionalmente fría, como la piedra, los materiales cerámicos y los de composición cementicia (microcemento, cemento pulido y cemento alisado), pueden rebajar esta sensación, si se eligen con superficies opacas, como en la pizarra, apomazadas o aburbujadas, como en las calizas y areniscas o de tacto calcoso, como en el caso del cemento alisado.
- Si buscamos una combinación con materiales más calidos, el efecto se reduce bastante más, es el caso por ejemplo, de un cemento alisado en combinación con láminas de madera rústica.
- Si lo que prevalece es la madera, el corte entre dos materiales diferentes puede hacerse a través de un desnivel, de una junta perfectamente delineada entre los dos materiales, una faja de la misma madera, del otro material o una opción distinta de las dos anteriores, que sirva de nexo entre ambas. Es el caso, por ejemplo de una isla de material cerámico, vítreo o de baldosa hidráulica, limitada por una tarima de madera.
- En el exterior, resulta muy fresco combinar los materiales rígidos con césped, grava o tierra apisonada, por ejemplo, adoquines huecos para dejar crecer la hierba, tarimas de madera junto a un suelo de gravilla, o tabicas de madera dura en combinación con huellas de albero, en una escalera de jardín, microcemento rodeado de flores…
3- Atención a los formatos cuando trabajamos con microcemento, cemento pulido y cemento alisado
La dimensión de las habitaciones, así como su luminosidad, definirán en un segundo paso, cuáles son los materiales más idóneos, el tipo de combinaciones que admiten y lo que es muy importante, los formatos con los que se puede trabajar. El tamaño y disposición de las piezas, son junto al color, la clave de un diseño bien proporcionado. Si se trata de un espacio reducido, no conviene acrecentar esta sensación con un color oscuro, ni tampoco conviene mezclar microcemento con otros materiales. En ambiente amplios y luminosos, podremos atrevernos con una combinación de materiales distintos, pero siempre teniendo como referencia la idea conjunto, las proporciones y el módulo que encaje mejor. Emplear el mismo tipo de suelo en toda la casa y en algunos casos, otro material para el baño o la cocina, puede ser la base para pensar en una combinación general. Prevalece ante todo la idea de conjunto. En ambientes rústicos, irán mejor los acabados artesanales y las texturas irregulares. La instalación de dos tipos de suelos distintos obliga a tener especial cuidado en la determinación de los distintos niveles que necesita cada uno, debido a la posible diferencia de grosores. Se toma el nivel de suelo terminando y se realiza la realiza la regularización del soporte en base al de mayor espesor.
